This policy explains what personal data we collect through the free-estimate form on bnbhost.bg, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
1. Who processes your data (controller)

2. What data we collect
We collect only what you enter into the estimate form:
- Name
- Phone number
- Property district and type
- Property address (optional)
- Property photos (optional)
- Free-text message (optional)
3. Why we collect it and our legal basis
We use the data solely to contact you, answer your enquiry and prepare a property-management offer. The legal basis is your consent and taking steps at your request prior to any contract. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who we share it with
The form is submitted through the FormSubmit.co service, which forwards the contents to our business email. FormSubmit acts as a data processor solely for delivering the message. We do not sell your data or share it with any other third parties for marketing.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle your request - typically up to 12 months after the last contact, unless we enter into a contract. After that we delete them.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email bnbhostbg@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), www.cpdp.bg.
