What if a guest breaks something?

Every stay is covered - Airbnb AirCover protects the property with up to $3M in coverage, and we inspect after every checkout. If anything happens, we handle the repair and the claim for you.

What kind of contract do we sign?

A clear management agreement, no fine print. The terms depend on the model you choose - we discuss them openly before you sign anything.

Who pays for electricity, water, internet?

On fixed rent - we do; you receive a clean amount. On revenue share, utilities come out of revenue and you see them line by line in the monthly report.

My place isn’t furnished. Is that a problem?

We only work with furnished, guest-ready properties - that’s how we keep ratings and occupancy high. If yours isn’t ready yet, we’ll point you to trusted furnishing partners and take over management right after.

How fast does it start earning?

Typically 2-3 weeks from signing to the first guest: prep, photoshoot, registration and listing. The first payout arrives on the next 1st of the month.

Is short-term renting legal?

Yes. We register the property under the Tourism Act, get it categorised and pay the tourist tax. Everything by the book - and that’s our job, not yours.
